The Fabasoft AG annual general meeting was held on 30 June 2009 at the Courtyard by Marriot Hotel in Linz.
The members of the managing board provided a review of the most important events of the 2008/2009 fiscal year. Subsequently, All items on the agenda were discussed in detail. Most of the resolution proposed was accepted concordantly, the rest were accepted by a large majority.
During the annual general meeting Dipl.-VW. Hans Spitzner was voted onto the supervisory board.
